Planning your Disney trip with me comes in two parts:

1. Your Walt Disney World vacation — your resort and park tickets, booked through me as your travel agent. This costs you nothing extra: you pay exactly what you would booking directly with Disney, and I handle the quoting, booking, payments, and any changes along the way at no additional cost.

2. Your planning package (optional) — how much hands-on help you'd like planning the details of your trip. This is a separate, optional service through my company, Beebe's Ventures, and it's where the Essentials, Pro, and Disney Private VIP Tour options below come in.

A Disney Private VIP Tour is Disney's own premium guided experience. Your family gets its own Disney VIP Tour Guide who shapes the day around what you want to see — with expedited access that lets you get so much more done, with almost none of the waiting:

How the VIP Tour works:

The tour itself is a Disney experience, arranged through me as your travel agent and billed directly by Disney. Disney sets the pricing, and it varies by date and season — I'll pull an exact quote for your dates. Theme park admission is not included in the tour, and because the day can move between parks, every guest will need the Park Hopper option on their tickets to do so (an add-on to your Disney tickets, booked through Disney, separate from the tour price)

Once a month I host a group Q&A call on a set date. Any client currently planning a trip can join — come to as many as you'd like.

Planning package pricing is per family unit and separate from the cost of your Disney vacation itself. These prices apply when your Walt Disney World package — a minimum 3-night on-property stay with 3-day park tickets — is booked through me. Traveling with more than one family? You'll get custom group pricing — just reach out through my Get Started form. Staying off-property or already booked elsewhere? I can still help — inquire and I'll build custom pricing for your situation. Planning packages are a professional trip-planning service sold and provided by Beebe’s Ventures LLC, separate from your travel booking. The Disney Private VIP Tour is a Disney experience arranged through me as your travel agent and billed by Disney; Disney sets the pricing and it varies by date and season, and theme park admission is not included.
