I’m Jon — a husband, dad of three, and an expert in all things Disney who’s been to Walt Disney World 31 times. I only book Disney — Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line — on purpose. Most agents “specialize” in seventeen destinations, have rarely, if ever, walked the parks you’re visiting, and hand you a one-page PDF. I’d rather master one thing than dabble in seventeen. Book with me and you get me: the person who plans your trip is the person who’s lived it, knows Disney by heart, and is a text away while you’re there. Does it cost more to book my trip through you?›
No. You pay the exact same price you would pay booking directly with Disney — not a dollar more. The only thing that would ever cost extra is if you choose to upgrade to one of my optional planning packages (Pro or the Disney Private VIP Tour). My Essentials support is complimentary, the Disney trip itself is the same price, and you get an expert in your corner the entire way through at no added cost.
Can you apply Disney's current discounts and promotions to my trip?›
Yes. Any discount or promotion Disney is offering, I can apply to your trip — exactly as if you booked it yourself. Anything you can do booking directly with Disney, you can do through me. And because I keep watching for new discounts even after you book, if a promotion drops that fits your trip, I'll apply it and save you money automatically.
How much does a Walt Disney World trip cost?›
It depends on a few things — which resort you stay at, how many park days you want, and whether you add extras like a dining plan. As a general range, most families of four or five can do a full week at Walt Disney World somewhere between $4,500 and $6,500. A more deluxe resort or add-ons will run higher. Once I know what you're dreaming of, I'll build you a customized proposal with real numbers — no guessing.
Isn't a Disney Cruise more expensive than other cruise lines?›
It usually is a little more — but there's a reason, and families tell me it's worth every penny. A Disney Cruise includes things other lines charge extra for or simply don't offer:
  • Broadway-caliber original stage shows
  • World-class kids' clubs and youth activities
  • Fireworks at sea (Disney is the only line that does them)
  • Rotational dining and top-notch guest service throughout
People who've sailed other lines and then sail Disney almost always say the same thing: the value is that much higher, and they won't go back. You get the full Disney experience, start to finish.
Planning Your Trip
How many days should we spend at Disney World?›
My rule of thumb is simple: five nights is good, six is great, seven is perfect. Five nights gives you four full park days — one for each Disney park — so you cover everything without rushing. Six adds a resort day in the middle to rest and enjoy the pool, which honestly turns a good trip into a great one. Seven lets you experience Magic Kingdom twice — once fresh on arrival, once relaxed on your final night. There's no wrong answer; any time at Disney beats none. I'll help you land on the right length for your family.
Is Park Hopper necessary?›
Not at all — it's a great option, but most families don't need it. With four parks and, say, a four-day trip, you'll usually get more out of your days doing one full park per day than spending an hour or two bouncing between parks — it's less stressful, it saves you money, and you really get to soak up each park. Where Park Hopper shines: catching a nighttime show at a different park, or if your family loves being spontaneous and jumping around based on how you feel that day. It's a fun feature my own family enjoys — just not a necessary one, and I'll help you decide if it's worth it for your trip.
When should we start planning our Disney trip?›
The sooner the better — but it's never too early, and rarely too late. I typically book families 6 to 8 months out, which is the sweet spot for great resort availability. If you're traveling around a holiday, spring break, or another busy season, plan as early as you can for the most options (you can book up to 12–18 months ahead). The best part: at Walt Disney World it only takes a $200 refundable deposit to lock in your trip, and your final payment isn't due until 30 days before you go — so we can start planning the moment you're ready. And if your dates are close? Reach out anyway. I'll always find a way to make it work; you may just have fewer options.
What's the difference between your Essentials, Pro, and Disney Private VIP Tour options?›
Great question. I offer three levels of planning support. Essentials is complimentary with every booking — expert guidance and a clear roadmap so you can confidently plan yourself. Pro is fully done-for-you: I book your dining, your initial Lightning Lanes, and build a custom day-by-day itinerary for your family. The Disney Private VIP Tour is the ultimate — everything in Pro, plus a private Disney VIP Tour Guide who leads your family through the parks with expedited access, so you see and do far more. Do you help with dining reservations and Lightning Lanes?›
Yes — this is one of the most valuable parts of what I do. With my complimentary Essentials support, I give you 100% guidance so you can confidently book your own dining and Lightning Lanes. With my Pro package, I book them for you: your dining reservations and your initial Lightning Lanes (you'll book more in the park each day). Either way, you'll never be left guessing about what to reserve or when.
What are Lightning Lanes?›
Lightning Lanes are Disney's way of letting you skip the standby line on the most popular attractions. Instead of waiting 60–90 minutes, you book a return window and walk through a faster queue — which can save your family 3+ hours of waiting on a busy park day. Knowing which rides to prioritize and when to book them makes a huge difference, and I walk every client through exactly how to get the most out of them.
Should we stay on Disney property or off-property?›
For a Walt Disney World trip, I almost always recommend staying on Disney property — the experience is on a completely different level. Here's what staying on property gets you:
  • Early Theme Park Entry — into the parks 30 minutes before everyone else, every day
  • Complimentary Disney transportation — no rental car, parking, or hassle
  • The Disney bubble — you never leave the magic, from your resort to the parks
  • Earlier Lightning Lane booking — a real advantage if you plan to use them
  • Earlier dining reservation access
  • Just a $200 deposit to book (off-property, park tickets are paid up front)
  • Exclusive room discounts Disney releases only for on-property stays
  • The option to add the Disney dining plan
  • Extended Evening Hours at select Deluxe resorts — extra park time after close
Honestly, there are very few times I'd stay off property for a Disney World trip — even when I've considered it, the on-property experience wins every time. It's a completely different vacation.
What is the Disney dining plan?›
The Disney dining plan is an optional prepaid package that bundles your meals and snacks — you pay ahead, per night of your stay, instead of paying out of pocket as you go. It's only available when you stay on Disney property, and whether it saves your family money depends on how you like to eat. I'll walk you through whether it makes sense for your trip when we build your quote.
Do you book magical extras, tours, and special experiences?›
Yes! Disney has some wonderful special experiences — things like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeovers, building a custom lightsaber at Savi's Workshop, the Keys to the Kingdom guided tour, and Disney's private VIP Tour Services. With my complimentary Essentials support I'll guide you so you can book them yourself; with my Pro package I'll book them for you as part of your plan.

No problem at all. If you've already started planning — or even already booked — and you're here, chances are you'd love to take some of it off your plate or get expert help to make the trip even better. I'm happy to jump in. It just looks a little different depending on where you are. Can you help large groups and parties?›
Absolutely. I work with everyone from a solo traveler to very large groups — I've planned trips for parties of more than 20 people. No matter the size of your group, I'd love to help you plan your Walt Disney World vacation.
Can you help plan a Disney World wedding or special celebration?›
Yes! Disney is a magical place for a wedding or a special celebration. Just fill out my Get Started form and include the details, and I'll take it from there.
Can you help a family member with a disability or special needs?›
Yes, and it's something I care about doing well. Disney offers a program called Disability Access Service (DAS), designed to help guests who have difficulty waiting in a traditional line. Not everyone qualifies, but many families do — and I'll help guide you through the process, offer recommendations, and make sure your family is fully prepared for a wonderful day. I've had the privilege of helping many families traveling with a loved one who has additional needs.
How young is too young to bring kids to Disney World?›
In our family, no age is too young — we took our own six-month-old to Disney! Even if little ones won't remember every moment, you will, and those memories are priceless. One nice bonus: children under 3 are free in the parks, and they eat free at buffets and family-style meals — so it's a wonderful time to go before they turn three.
Do you work with families outside your local area?›
Yes, I do — you don't have to be local at all. I work with families all over, and I've even helped guests from the United Kingdom and Australia plan their Walt Disney World trips. Wherever you're coming from, reach out by filling out my Get Started form and I'll find a way to work together.
Do you book Disney Cruise Line too?›

Do you book Disneyland or other Disney parks outside Walt Disney World?›
While my primary focus is Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line, I'm well-versed in Disney in general, and a lot of that knowledge translates to other Disney destinations. If you're interested in another Disney park, fill out my Get Started form and note what you're interested in — I'd be happy to figure it out with you. Even if I haven't personally been to the park you're headed to, I'm confident I can guide you in a way that adds real value and helps you make better memories with the people you're traveling with. (The Disney parks I've personally visited are Walt Disney World, plus Disneyland and Disney California Adventure in Anaheim.)
Do you book Universal Studios or Universal Orlando?›
I don't book Universal directly. But if you'd like to add a day or two at Universal while you're staying at Disney, I'm happy to give you some guidance on how to book and navigate those parks. It's not anywhere near as extensive as my Walt Disney World knowledge, but we can talk it through once we start planning your trip to see if it's the best option for your family.
